ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday approved conferment of ‘Sitara-i-Shujaat’ on Dr. Parveen Rehman, the Director of Orangi Pilot Project and social activist, shot dead near the Banaras flyover in Orangi Town on March 13.
The President also approved “Tamgha-i-Shujaat’ upon Shazia Ramzan and Kainat Riaz.
The two girls‚ school fellows of Malala Yousafzai‚ were injured when they were attacked by militants while travelling with Malala in the same school van.
