PHILADELPHIA: As many as 8 to 10 people are believed trapped in the rubble as a four-story industrial building has collapsed in Center City Philadelphia on Wednesday.
The building, located at 22nd and Market Streets, is in the heart of Center City in Philadelphia, the Philadelphia police department said.
Fire Commissioner Lloyd Ayers said dozens of paramedics and fire crews are on the scene working to find those trapped.
WPVI-TV reports that five people have been taken to hospitals.
