LAHORE: A medical board of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday declared Pakistani Batsman Omar Akmal fit for the game in the light of his medical reports.
The player was surrounded by assumptions about his health, leading to his exclusion from Pakistan’s squad for Zimbabwe tour.
The medical board declared him fit today, saying that there is not ban on his physical training and practice. It said that the player requires no more medical treatment.
The board took the decision in the light of Akmal’s medical reports.
