KYIV, Ukraine: Since the Russian troops launched the military operation in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Moscow has suffered nearly 6,000 human losses, according to the claims by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine claimed that as the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine has entered seventh day today, the deaths of the Russian soldiers from February 24, 2022 to March 2, 2022 have amounted to 5,840 people.

It said that as per estimates, Russia has so far lost 5,840 soldier, 30 aircrafts, 31 helicopters, up to 211 tanks, 862 armored fighting vehicles, 85 artillery systems, 9 air defense systems, 40 multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS), 60 tanks with fuel and lubricants, 3 UAV operational-tactical level, 2 light speedboats, and 355 automotive equipment.
