In his pre-match press conference on Friday, Afghan cricket team captain Gulbuddin Naib eased political tensions between the two countries, saying he hoped cricket could build a bridge. He also said, “If you look at our cricket, we learned a lot of cricket in Pakistan and we also played cricket in Pakistan,”.Â
