SHARJAH: Pakistan and New Zealand will play their third one-day international (ODI) of the five-match series at the Sharjah Cricket Association Stadium on Sunday.
The match will begin at 4:00 pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
In the second ODI played in Sharjah on Friday, New Zealand beat Pakistan by four wickets, levelling the five-match series 1-1.
The Pakistan side while batting first was all out for 252 runs in 48.3 overs. In reply, New Zealand achieved the target in 46 overs for the loss of six wickets.
It is likely that Shahid Afridi will lead the Pakistan side after Misbah-ul-Haq suffered a hamstring injury during the second ODI.
On the other hand, all-rounder Anwar Ali and leg-spinner Yasir Shah have been included in the Pakistan squad in place of Umar Gul and Bilawal Bhatti for the remaining three ODIs against New Zealand.
Both the fast bowlers sustained injuries during the UAE tour.
The fourth one-day international between the two teams will be played at Abu Dhabi on December 17 while fifth and the last ODI will be played at Abu Dhabi on December 19.
