ISLAMABAD: A renowned Pakistani Squash player Hashim Khan died of congestive heart failure after protracted illness in the United States on Tuesday.
Hashim Khan remained under treatment for the last six months.
Khan representing Pakistan remained British Open Squash Champion for eight years from 1951 to 1958.
President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif have expressed deep grief and sorrow over demise of Hashim Khan.
In the separate condolence messages to the bereaved family, they expressed sympathies and prayed for the deported soul.
