WASHINGTON: The United States has welcomed the increased fresh engagement between Pakistan and India to improve their relations.
In a statement in Washington, a State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki said the invitation by India’s prime minister elected Narendra Modi to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to attend his swearing in ceremony is a positive step.
