Pakistan, UAE agree to further strengthen bilateral cooperation

ABU DHABI: The advisor to prime minister on foreign affairs Sartaj Aziz and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) foreign minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan held a meeting in Abu Dhabi, during which the two sides agreed to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in diverse fields particularly in trade and economy.

During the meeting, the UAE foreign minister welcomed Pakistan’s commitment to provide manpower to support the massive infrastructure development expected to take place for EXPO 2020 in his country.

On the occasion, the Pakistani premier’s advisor handed over invitation letters from Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to the UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and Prime Minister Sheikh Muhammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum to visit Pakistan.
