BANGALORE: The Pepsi Indian Premier League (IPL) continues successfully since April 8, and its 8th match is set to be played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on Monday.
The match is scheduled to begin at 20:00 local time (14:30 GMT)
Both the teams have played one match each in the tournament so far. The Australian DA Warner-led Sunrisers Hyderabad faced a defeat in their opening match against Chennai Super Kings at Chennai on April 11. However, Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore began their IPL campaign with a victory against Kolkata Knight Riders at Kolkata.
Today’s T20 encounter is being held at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore which has already seen 531 sixes in IPL matches, the most at any ground. In the presence of players like DA Warner and Chris Gayle in both RCB and SRH, there are expected to be more sixes.
